Micro Centrifuge tube

Made from FDA approved ultra clear, high grade polypropylene.
For maximum sample recovery, the tube interior is highly polished.
Autoclavable at 121°C for 20 minutes and can be used between -90°C and 121°C.
“DNase”, “RNase” and “pyrogen-free” sterilised tubes are manufactured under germ-free aseptic (sterile) conditions with extreme sterility control and then sterilised by gamma radiation.
Their conical bottoms make them suitable for centrifugation tests in immunology, microbiology etc.
They have flat caps specially designed to reduce popping which are absolutely leak proof.
Caps are easy to handle and can be opened/closed easily with one hand.
All tubes have graduation marks and large marking area.
Tubes can resist centrifugation up to 20.000 RCF.

Manufactured from pre-vacuum calibrated borosilicate 3.3 glass tubes.
They meet the highest quality standards according to DIN EN ISO 385 and DIN 12700.
Permanent quality control through all steps eliminate possible deviations from nominal values
Calibrated to deliver (Ex) and the tolerances are according to DIN/ISO Class “AS” standards.
Conformity (“H”) certified, with a batch number printed on the body.
Batch certificate can be downloaded from our website.
Supplied with grease free and self lubricating PTFE stopcocks.
Inscriptions and graduations are printed with special blue enamel.
Manufactured either with or without schellbach stripe.
PTFE stopcocks have identical keys so that there is no need for “matching the pairs” during cleaning.
Since PTFE is self lubricating, keys do not require greasing at all.
PTFE keys are interchangable and replacable.

Individually calibrated in accordance with ISO 8655 standards and each unit is supplied with an individual calibration certificate.
Highest degree of chemical resistance is provided due to the use of high quality materials which are in direct contact with dispensed liquids.
Springless PTFE valve manifold ensures excellent chemical compatibility and leak proof valve functioning reproducibility.
Specially designed PTFE piston with silicone O-ring ensures smooth, effortless piston movement.
Dosing cylinder is protected against breakage by a polypropylene sleeve which prevents any glass splitting in case of any accidental breaking.
Quick volume settings with the practical sets screw.
After loosening the locking screw, desired volume can be set, then locking screw is fixed.
The telescopic extractable intake tube can be adjusted easily and smoothly to the varying heights of the bottles.
Fitted with an anti-drip safety valve which allows the fluid path to be turned off manually in order to prevent accidental delivery and to protect against drop flow when the dispenser is not in use.
A specially designed, patented flexible delivery nozzle allows easy adjustment of the angle of the delivery without use of any specific tool. This adjustment allows the flexibility to dispence the liquid from the dispenser at any desired angled which suits any specific application.
Nozzle cap reduces contact with air and prevents drying. No drops fall off when the tip cover is attached.
Each dispenser comes with five adaptors of different sizes in order to fit in most of the laboratory reagent bottles.
